Please join in the fun at the first RW Villas neighborhood chili cookoff & dessert bake-off event! You are guaranteed to enjoy a variety of chilis and the most delectable desserts. After tasting, you will have the opportunity to cast your vote for your favorites in all categories.

The evening will kick off with our Homeowners Association (HOA) meeting, providing an HOA update including review and approval of the 2025 HOA budget.
