Landscaping & Irrigation Responsibilities Reminder

This is a friendly reminder that, per the Villas at Riverwalk CC&Rs, homeowners are responsible for replacing sod, bushes, and making irrigation repairs within their property lines.

🏡 HOA Responsibility
• Mowing parkways
• Trimming shrubs and adding mulch in front yards
• Mowing grass in the small strip in the alleyways

👤 Homeowner Responsibility
• Maintaining all other landscaping on your property
• Burying exposed drip irrigation lines
• Adding sod in parkways and other areas as needed to prevent exposed drip lines and mower damage

💧 Tip: Keeping irrigation lines buried and grass healthy helps protect our shared spaces and keep the community looking its best.

If you have any exposed irrigation lines or bare patches in your parkways, please address them promptly.
